We are looking to build our back of house team, to find people to help serving a fresh food menu, with many British classics as well as dishes with a modern twist

Commis chef
The ideal Commis Chef will be a person who is enthusiastic, passionate about food quality and enjoys working as part of a team.

As a Commis Chef you will ensure that kitchen standards, hygiene and health & safety practices are adhered to at all times. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients for the team, which includes measuring and portion control. As a Commis Chef you will assist with the food deliveries, stock rotation as well as some cleaning duties.

Line Chef
The successful Line Chef will be passionate about food quality and standards within the business. You will prepare, cook and present meals to specification and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with hygiene regulations. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a high food volume environment, delivering in excess of £10k in food sales each week.

About You

·You will have some experience as a line chef Chef working in a busy food pub/restaurant

·You will have some experience of working with fresh ingredients

·You'll need an eye for details and be able to work under pressure

·As a Line Chef you will be enthusiastic about food and understand the importance of delighting the guest.

·Minimum level 1 food hygiene.
